No words could be better to describe the core of our philosophy. Life changes us, it gives us great experiences and unique moments. It offers us people with whom we can do everything and who conquer our hearts in seconds. We don’t want to forget this for anything in the world. Nevertheless, there is the famous “ravages of time” that gnaw at each of us and make our youthful appearance fade over the years. Putting a stop to this is our goal.

Our story

The beauty of true friendship.

Getting to the early beginnings of our history requires more than just time travel. It also means crossing national borders, as our journey began in Hama, Syria. Here we, the two company founders, Najib Chichakli, MD, and Lais Mrad-Agua, MD, met as children and grew up side by side. But the country’s politically difficult situation separated us. And while one of us, Dr. Najib Chichakli, studied medicine in Austria, the other, Lais Mrad-Agua, was busy with his studies in business administration in Germany.

Over many hundreds of kilometers, we always kept in touch and cared for our special friendship.

It is this friendship that finally brought us together again. Immediately we recognized the perfect synergy of our competences and founded W&O medical esthetics GmbH on the basis of our unique relationship of trust.

What is behind "W&O"?

Strong bonds and the appreciation of a long and eventful life are what finally gave our company its name. As founders, we have always remembered our roots and created a monument to our fathers Walid and Omar. Thus, it is not friendship alone that ultimately shapes the corporate philosophy of W&O esthetics, but also family. Strong values that transcend borders and outlast entire lives are at the core of what we do.

W&O today: a life dedicated to aesthetics

For several years, W&O esthetics has been marketing the Dermalstyle® brand (formerly Hyalstyle) on the German as well as the international market. With Perfectstyle and Mesostyle® we developed further products for wrinkle correction as well as skin volume building with the help of PDO threads and mesotherapy products. And that’s not all: we continue to focus on uncovering the secrets of eternal youth with the help of new methods and products.

 

Although W&O is blessed with steady growth, we remain true to our former principles. Our small company with outstanding personal service as well as long-term and trustful business relationships flow together as a true recipe for success.
